Planet Fitness Miami Wants You Mommy!

Planet Fitness Miami wants you Mommy! They want to show you what it’s like to NOT have to wait for cardio machines. (Even during “peak” times!) They want to show you their state of the art strength equipment, their 30-minute express circuit training, their diverse class schedule, their tanning machines, and their Hydro-Massage beds. They want you to experience working out in a “Judgement Free Zone” and they want you to know that belonging to a gym can be affordable too.

Mommy Mafia was invited to a media event at Planet Fitness and I had the chance to experience all of these things for myself. Before this, my only exposure to Planet Fitness was through NBC’s The Biggest Loser, and I would think to myself, “Gee, that purple treadmill is cute.” But Planet Fitness is more than a  color scheme. They strive to create an “environment where everyone feels accepted and respected. We are not here to kiss your butt, only to kick it if that’s what you need.”

While Planet Fitness has over 700 locations nationwide, there are seven South Florida Planet Fitness locations, (Miami, Miami Lakes, North Miami Beach, West Kendall, Hialeah Gardens, Homestead and Pembroke Pines) with more planned in the not-to-distant future.
