Total Wine Miami Beach Grand Opening Party

Total Wine & More South Beach Location Now Open

Last night, Mommy Mafia was invited to the Grand Opening party for Total Wine South Beach. Total Wine & More‘s newest store is located in the Fifth & Alton shopping center, on the 3rd floor. (Above Publix and on the same floor as Best Buy.) With blogging buddy @MamasMission and our husbands in tow, it made for quite a fun date night. I also happened to run into a few South Beach friends that we hadn’t seen in a while, including a Mafia Mommy who has a new baby that I hadn’t met yet. (Elaina, your baby is GORGEOUS!) Needless to say, it was a great night filled with giant ribbon cutting scissors, wine tastings, girls dancing with champagne, Miami’s New World Symphony and even a little private lesson about some lesser known Bourbon Whiskeys.

OMG. I’m LUSTING over this Veuve Clicquot RICH bottle. Apparently all my Instagram followers agree. This pic got like a ton of “likes.” Now I’m kicking myself for not picking up a bottle. 

Patrón tasting: Patrón Citrónge Lime Liqueur, Patrón Citrónge Mango, and XO Cafe. This woman was so cute. She kept saying, “Come try a zzzip!”

When I saw THIS bag, I tweeted:

We met with Jason, the Store Manger from the Total Wine Pembroke Pines store. We had a great conversation about the Kentucky Derby and Bourbon. He told my DH to try Widow Jane, so we picked up a bottle.   

And of COURSE we couldn’t leave empty handed!
