Honey. Jalapeño. Bacon. (Thank You Bacon Gods!)

I opened the latest email from Denny’s and it was all about their new Red, White and Bacon menu. Fun! I thought to myself. Bacon is always fun, right? I was casually looking over the menu and then I stopped.

“Our new Red, White and Bacon menu will feature our own thick-cut Honey Jalapeño Bacon.”

OMG.

I mean, I’m going to have to tell my trainer to come a couple extra days next week, because, HONEY JALAPEÑO BACON. Oh, thank you bacon gods.

So I did what my eyes told me to do. I headed to Denny’s. I ordered the Triple BACON Sampler (with Honey Jalapeño Bacon, of course.) It was yum-my. A little sinful. Hehehe.

So I was STILL thinking about that darn honey jalapeño goodness even after breakfast. So guess what I did? YUP. Went BACK to Denny’s for lunch the next day and added Honey Jalapeño Bacon to my Cali Club Sandwich. (This is where I insert that little monkey emoji that’s covering his eyes. 🙈 It was SO good.)

Denny’s Red, White and Bacon limited-time menu salutes the return of mouthwatering bacon flavors and celebrates the long-awaited film, Independence Day: Resurgence. (Coming to theaters nationwide on June 24, by the way.)
